Same day teeth, fixed on four implants.
All-on-4, also known as Teeth in a Day or Same Day Smiles, replaces a full arch of missing, loose or failing teeth with a set of fixed teeth held on four implants. Your new teeth can be fitted on the same day as the implants.

Am I suitable for All-on-4?
If you have lost most or all of your teeth, have loose or failing teeth, or struggle with dentures, All-on-4 may be suitable. A full case assessment, with X-rays, confirms whether it is right for you.
I've been told I don't have enough bone. Can I still have it?
Sometimes, yes. All-on-4 can be an option for people who have been told before that implants are not possible because of bone loss in the jaw. The X-rays at your assessment show whether it is possible for you.
Will I really have new teeth on the same day?
Your new teeth can be fitted on the same day as your implants, which is why the treatment is also called Teeth in a Day or Same Day Smiles. We confirm the plan for your case at your assessment.
How is All-on-4 different from dentures?
Dentures rest on your gums and come out. All-on-4 teeth are fixed onto four implants, so you never have to worry about them coming loose or irritating your gums, and there is no plate covering the roof of your mouth.
How much does All-on-4 cost?
It depends on your treatment plan, so you get the cost at your full case assessment (£125), before anything begins. Finance is available, subject to status, and we can talk you through it.
