Dr Jag Shergill
Cosmetic and implant dentist, BDS, MSc (Implants)
Dr Jag qualified from the University of Birmingham in 1991 and holds an MSc in dental implants from Warwick Medical School. He has trained under leading dentists in London, Marseilles, Lisbon, Gothenburg and South Africa, and is one of the few European dentists to have trained with the Hornbrook Group in the USA.
He teaches other dentists, treats dentists as patients and is a dental phobia certified dentist. A smile makeover may combine implants, crowns, veneers and whitening, and he is happy to take on cases of any complexity.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first 15-minute consultation for implants, cosmetic treatment and adult braces is free, online or by WhatsApp or FaceTime. If you want to go further, a full case assessment is £125 and includes a one-hour consultation, all X-rays, photographs, moulds and your treatment plan.
How much is a check-up?
Examinations are £45 for regular patients and £60 for new patients, and every examination includes an oral cancer screening.
Can I see a hygienist without a check-up first?
Yes. We usually advise an examination before a hygiene appointment, but if you need an urgent hygiene visit you can book with our hygienists directly through Direct Access.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Many of our patients tell us they were nervous before their first visit. Dr Jag is a dental phobia certified dentist, and we explain every step before it happens and work at your pace.
Am I suitable for All-on-4?
If you have lost most or all of your teeth, have loose or failing teeth, or struggle with dentures, All-on-4 may be suitable, sometimes even if you have been told before that bone loss rules implants out. A full case assessment confirms whether it is right for you.
Can I spread the cost of treatment?
Yes. Finance is available on many treatments, subject to status. The cost of your treatment is always explained before it begins, and we can talk you through the finance options at your consultation.
